INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

• Each inscription allows to submit up to three works for oral or poster presentation.
• Extended abstracts (maximum 1 page) should be written in English or Spanish and must be submitted in Word format, following the instructions described in the corresponding Template.

• Abstract submission requires prior author registration, filling the mandatory fields in LOGIN section. After that, the author will receive an email with the instructions for the account authentication.
• Once this step is completed, the account will be available and the author should enter the username and password to log in.
• When the author is logged in, a new sub-section called FORM will be available in ABSTRACT AND VIDEO SUBMISSION.
• Author should fill the mandatory fields and upload the corresponding files. Each file should be named with the surname and name initials of the first author. If more than one abstract are submitted by the same author, it should be identified with a number in parenthesis. Example: García ZH(1), García ZH(2), García ZH(3). 
• If the submission is successful, a notification message will appear as well as an email will be sent to the author.
• The acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be notified by email.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIDEO SUBMISSION

• After abstract acceptance, a short video (3 min) that resumes the most relevant findings of the work, should be submitted. 
• To create the video it is suggested the use of Microsoft Power Point software. Instructions can be found here.
• Once the video is created, it should be upload to internet (Mega, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and generate a URL.
• When the author is logged in, a new sub-section called VIDEO SUBMISSION will be available in ABSTRACT AND VIDEO SUBMISSION.
• Author should fill the mandatory fields and upload the corresponding URL which allows the video download.
• Video will be revised taking into account not only the scientific contents but also duration time as well as image and audio quality.
• In the case of the video should be modified, authors will be notified by email.

The approval of the work requires not only the acceptance of the abstract but also the short video.
