Each presenter will have a time frame for ORAL PRESENTATIONS of 15 min plus 5 min for questions. In the case of KEYNOTE CONFERENCES, the assigned time will be 25 min plus 5 min for questions. PLENARY CONFERENCES will have a duration of 50 min plus 10 min for questions. Please do not extend the designed time frame in order to follow the programme schedule.
To avoid losing time at the beginning of your presentation is recommended that you deliver your presentation in a USB to the assistant in the Conference room before the start of the session. Please, name your presentation and check that it will be seen properly. There is going to be a laser pointer available for presentations. Suggested languages for the presentation are: Spanish and English.
Each presenter will have a space available to expose a POSTER of 70 cm x 100 cm. Suggested languages for the posters are: Spanish and English. Click here to download the poster template.

Organizing Committee offers the service of POSTERS PRINTING. The cost of this service is ARS 200 and it will paid in cash at the moment of accreditation.
